Well. It's done. PATHOS has officially been completed! And you can't possibly BELIEVE the crazy amount of weight that's about to be lifted from my shoulders...In about 8 hours, I'll be handing a tiny stick containing 2 semesters of indescribable work and effort to the directors of the gallery. However, I am choosing to refrain from posting the completed project just yet. [ 65 more words ]

It's done! It's done! It's DONE!!! The relief I felt after the talk and premiere showing is absolutely indescribable. I'm on cloud nine, guys. The first chapter of PATHOS is finally out in the open for the public eye to see. Don't worry - if you missed the premiere, just catch it here on Facebook! One of our MFA candidates invites you all to a special event on the opening night of the thesis show!

Alexandria Carlton, a second-year MFA student specializing in animation and visual effects, will be hosting a premiere screening of her animated short "PATHOS" in the Canzani Screening Room at 7:15pm this Friday!

She will be giving a small artist talk, in which she'll reveal the origins of the project and go more in-depth on what it means to her. Then immediately following the screening, will open up a Q&A session for the audience!

This is a one-time event. After the premiere, "PATHOS" will be played on a loop throughout the remainder of the thesis show, so don't miss out on this opportunity!

We're excited to see this ourselves, and hope to see you there as well!
