We are now with the Bunyoro-Kitara Diocese Brass Band in Hoima. We brought them two baritones, one trombone, three trumpets, one pair of cymbals, two drum heads, four pair of sticks, three snare wires, Vaseline, and valve oil. Music videos will come later.

We are in the final days of our preparation for the 2024 edition of the Uganda Band and Bible Mission. This mission began in 2013 and we have gone every year except the two years of COVID. My co-founder was not able to travel with us last year and has sadly passed on to greater glory. As an outgrowth of this mission is that we have started three scholarship programs which have graduated over fifty senior school level students, three technical school graduates, five university graduates, and two medical doctors. We are searching and praying for a way to keep the mission ongoing. Your prayers and support are very much appreciated and needed. This calendar is from one of the three bands that we work with.

Early yesterday, on the way to the Nile, we took a riding safari. During the ride we saw numerous animals, but the most special were the lions. This was the first time I had seen then on one of these trips. These are photos of one of the mothers, one of the cubs, and the family on the road.

It is with great sadness that the Band and Bible Mission must be postponed this year due to the current circumstances surrounding Covid-19 and uncertain travel restrictions. We pray that you are all safe and well. We eagerly look forward to returning next year, God willing. God Bless you all.
