This portrait is the work in progress we've shared over the past few days and I'm finished❤️ Such a joy to create. With her Dad being an artist and having his artwork in the background. A special portrait is brewing from my lap easel 🌹🌿 I'm making a family portrait. Her Dad was an artist and recently passed. So the background you see there is his art work I drew to incorporate into this special portrait. Now that I have some drawing time before the next art event, I'm excited to be able to continue on and I'll be drawing her Dad soon, pouring lots of love in here all through out ❤️

I'm working in pencils for this family keepsake. I'll share more soon.

This is the last portrait in my Gratitude series for this year, and last original for 2022! 🌟 I just finished her. Meet Charlene. This portrait is titled, "Thankful for all." In my inspiration, gratitude takes us to a place where worry is replaced with joy. Sadness is replaced with being truly thankful for this moment in time and everything in it right now. So in my series, my mission is to capture that to portray the person I hand draw. May this new year bring much gratitude for you. As we look into a new moment and year, there is always something to be thankful for right now and coming in ❤ Cheers!
