Meet Janice! 💋

Estelle Sloan (Janice) l is thrilled to have the opportunity to perform Janis in Mean Girls Jr.! Some of her favorite roles include Aunt Spiker in James and the Giant Peach, Jr., Matilda in the SABT production of Matilda Jr., Audrey in Descendants at the Wonder Theater, and Gurgle in Finding Nemo Kids at Wonder Theater. She’d like to thank all of her directors past and present for their encouragement and support!

Meet the Plastics! 💋

Julia Parker (Karen) currently attends Texas Military Institute as a freshman. Julia loves to read, play violin, and golf. She is thrilled to be a part of the Mean Girls Jr. cast! Her previous theater credits include Bird Girl 2 (Seussical Jr.), Escapologist (Matilda Jr.), Babette Beauty and the Beast Jr., Mayzie La Bird (Seussical Jr.), Hamilton Showcase (Hamilton), Legally Blonde Jr., Uncle Fester (The Addams Family). Julia is grateful to SABT directors and theatre teachers for this experience.

Annayce Owen’s (Gretchen) love for theater began in elementary school and has only grown since. She first starred as W***y Wonka in W***y Wonka Jr. and later earned accolades for her portrayal of Lady Macbeth in a comedic twist on Macbeth. Annayce also won three first-place plaques at Harris Middle School’s Speech Contest and performed a monologue from A Midsummer Night’s Dream. Now a dedicated dancer at Madison High School, she looks forward to a lifelong journey in theater.

Meet the Plastics! 💋

Clara Sankey (Regina) is thrilled to be back on the stage with the SABT Conservatory. Some of Clara’s favorite roles include School of Rock (Katie) with SABT, Charlie (Charlie and The Chocolate Factory), Little Red (Into The Woods), and Little Girl (Ragtime) at Woodlawn Theatre. She is currently a freshman at NESA in the musical theatre program. She thanks Ms. Lauren for all the coaching, trust, and support. Clara also thanks her family for everything.

Announcing our out of town director for Moana Jr. Jocelyn Lonquist Klein! 🌊🌺

Meet Jocelyn Lonquist Klein! A NYC-based performer, Jocelyn has toured the U.S. & Canada with Cirque Musica Holiday Wonderland, originated the role of Courtney in American Girl Live!, and played Frenchy & u/s Sandy in Grease at the Argyle Theatre. She’s also performed in Grease on Royal Caribbean’s Harmony of the Seas and toured with Charlie Brown Christmas Live and Anne of Green Gables. Off-Broadway, she debuted in Kid Frankenstein and frequently sings at 54 Below & Green Room 42 with The Randy Andys.
