Bradley brought home 3rd place today at the NEISD Fall Speech Festival held at Churchill HS 🏆

Kailee Cross and Brea Hernandez swept the competition receiving 1st place in both of their events! 🥳

Bradley ROCKED IT at One Act Play contest! They showed up and showed out leaving it all onstage. We came home with 7 medals and the Outstanding Play Award!! 🏆🎭 So proud of our Bradley Bears.

BASED ON HISTORICAL EVENTS.

In this play, as the yellow fever epidemic ravages the streets of 1816 New Orleans, no one thinks of the orphans known as the Forgotten, except for Lizzie Landry. Lizzie brings bread from her mother‘s employer to the band of homeless youths she’s befriended, even though local police and politicians consider them nothing but a nuisance. But when the epidemic entangles Lizzie‘s fate with those of the Forgotten, they must all band together to hold the city accountable for their most vulnerable citizens.

Lafayette No. 1 is a speculative history telling of Julien Poydras’ inspiration to found the Poydras Orphanage, which leads to the construction of the Poydras Orohans’ Tomb in New Orleans cemetery, Lafayette No. 1.

Tickets are still available for tonight's show! Doors open at 6PM, show starts at 6:30PM.

Performances will take place at Bradley Middle School in the cafetorium. Seating is first come, first serve, unless it is a reserved section. Adult tickets are $10, Bradley students are $7. Children 2 and under are FREE. We will have concessions for sale before the show and during a 15 minute interm...
