Today I celebrate Savannah (Weatheroy) Frank, my Mama Frank/Grandmother. I am so fortunate to be a vessel of her lineage & a branch on her family tree. To have experienced her ora, down-home cooking, the tall tales, & family history passed down by through the generations, & sooo much more.

Iman Jamil Al-Amin, Black Power Leader, author, Activist formerly known as Rap Brown necame an ancestor on 11/24/25 at 92 uears old. Despite his innocence, he seeved 25 years of his life in a federal prison. He was unjustly convicted and sentenced to life in prison (w/o parole or a pardon by the last 4 administrations). The person who committed of the shooting of an ATL police officer was identified by DNA evidence, yet 25 years of blaring Injustice & harsh treatment endured.
