Zion Theatre Group

Zion Theatre Group A San Antonio and surrounding areas Community Theatre Zion Theatre Group was founded in 2010 by Sam and Rob Mikulski.

The Mikulski family came to Zion after working many years on and off Broadway and owning and managing the Fine Arts Connection school in New Jersey. Zion Theatre Group is hosted by Zion Lutheran Church and works with the church to reach out to the community. ZTG's typical production schedule involves a spring r***e style show, a large summer musical, and a small cast fall show. Previous productions include Guys and Dolls, Little Shop of Horrors, Grease, Fiddler on the Roof, and Steel Magnolias. Zion Theatre Group is open to anyone in the community, not just members of the church. Please check back frequently for more information about auditions and upcoming productions!

Auditions for Les Mis will be held on Saturday, September 26 and Sunday, September 27 in the Family Life Center on the campus of Zion Lutheran Church, 9944 Leslie Road, SATX 78254

Individuals need to prepare the music sides included in this form (https://forms.gle/5oJ4NQ3WnSuZEETn8) for each role for which they are auditioning. Individuals need to arrive at Zion on either 9/26 or 9/27 prepared to sing during the time slot allotted for each role.

If you wish to audition and cannot attend on 9/26 or 9/27, you can submit a video audition. You will need to record the designated music sides and submit the video prior to audition weekend.

In honor of the 25th anniversary of September 11th, we will be putting on two performances of Anne Nelson's "The Guys" on September 5th and 6th.
This 2 actor stage play is set in New York City shortly after the September 11 terrorist attacks, it follows Nick, a fire captain who lost eight of his men, and Joan, an editor who helps him write their eulogies.
