JOB DESCRIPTION

- Availability to work after 12pm during weekdays mostly (including holiday season highly preferred)
- Demonstrate basic courteous customer service and people skills during every engagement.
- Maintain a great attitude while being trained/corrected.
- Educating consumers about each game and the rundown of each experience
- Explaining in detail how an Escape Room works
- Driving sales with potential customers
- Handling payments and transactions before each game
- Comfortable giving presentations in front of crowds (kids and adults)
- Attention to detail when providing clues/hints for players
- Fast typing skills
- Able to work under pressure while maintaining a good attitude and posture
- Attention to detail while multitasking
- Great sense of humor 🙂
- Zero ego driven individual, able to adapt, learn and work as a team
- Ready to have fun !
