The '94 almost didn't make it.

It's the least Latin thing on our menu, and there was a moment where I thought maybe it didn't belong. So we pulled it. And then a little girl cried when she found out it was gone, and that was that. It went right back on 🥹

We take the menu seriously. Every flavor on it earned its spot! Some earned it because of where we come from, and some earned it because of a memory I couldn't let go of, and both of those count.

San Antonio has never been just one thing anyway, so I don't know why our menu would be.

The win and the work. They live in the same place around here.

Some days it feels easy and some days it really doesn't, and both of those are part of it. If you're tired today, that's okay. It doesn't mean you're doing it wrong. It usually means you care about it.

Made with locally baked sourdough here in San Antonio and prepared fresh to order, we created the avocado toast we'd want to eat every day.

It was really bright out today and it had us reminiscing on Summer of 2025 - why? Because it’s cheesy, but when the temperature is just right and the sun hits at the perfect angle I can picture standing at our little matcha trailer telling the team “We have news” 🗞️🍵☀️

Summer ‘25 was a big beautiful blur and we wanted to share some images from the archives during the build out of our brick & mortar🤍 Thank you to everyone who’s followed the journey, stopped by to say hello and supported us in any way - we are so so grateful🙏

🍨National Ice Cream Day deserves more than one day… so we’re celebrating ALL weekend long🍵✨

We’ve teamed up with our friends at Dorp Creamery who created a special batch of Strawberry Matcha Ice Cream featuring Míra Matcha!🍓🍵

For the next 3 days, we’re turning it into our limited-edition Matchagato! Our take on an affogato, made with strawberry matcha ice cream and freshly whisked matcha. Trust us… you’ll want this one before it’s gone🤤
