Thank you to everyone from the San Antonio Metropolitan Ballet & Connally's Dance Workshop, Inc. community who have inquired about Micaela & Thaddeus and donated to their cause.
Here’s an update from Micaela & Thaddeus:
Micaela is recovering well and getting Physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy throughout each week. Overall, her strength is greatly improving and she is able to walk around more freely and speak for longer periods of time. She has also been able to get in all the baby snuggles and does more and more to take care of Lila each day. Her double vision hasn’t gone away, but the OT is helping her with exercises for the vestibular system to regain control.
Hospital bills have been slowly rolling in, but we’re waiting on insurance to process everything. The donations we have received have been incredibly helpful as we don’t have to worry about our mortgage and other bills among the new surprises. We remain in awe of the love we have received and are so thankful for all of the blessings.
