New to pole dance? Try our 5-week Intro Series!

This series is designed for beginners looking for a more detailed exploration of foundational skills. You are welcome to take Beginner class at the same time as the Intro Series.
During this progressive 5-week series, you will learn beginner pole spins and transitions around the pole. Each week we will also explore putting all your newly-learned moves into a mini choreography.
No experience needed. Your instructor will help you build the strength, stamina, and flexibility you need.
We recommend wearing shorts instead of leggings. Fabric can feel slippery on the pole and skin contact will help you “stick” to the pole.
