At Irish Cowboy Productions Sound and Karaoke, we strive to bring you a quality entertainment experience. In order to ensure your experience is the best it can be we want to share the following guidelines.
1. The host may start a little late to ensure there are enough singers in the rotation and may extend the show beyond the end time to ensure that every singer has a chance to perform. Ultimatel
y it is the host and the Venue’s discretion.
2. We strive to provide a fair and balanced rotation. The host may insert new singers in between existing singers on a rolling basis at any time during the show to ensure everyone gets a chance to sing (only one person will be added between any two existing singers in a given rotation).
3. Mistakes happen, and KJs are human. If you feel like the Host skipped you, don’t get upset, just ask the host to verify that you are in the queue, and if we overlooked you, we will make it right, we promise. The host does however reserve the right to remove anyone from the queue they find objectionable, so know your audience, and keep it fun and friendly.
4. Tips for good service are always appreciated but please don’t ask for a bump in the rotation in exchange for a gratuity. It's not fair to anyone waiting in the queue and trust us everyone will notice. If you have to leave before your turn that is unfortunate, but we will get to sing with you next time.
5. Things break, Tech happens; Please be patient if technical issues pop up. We will do our best to fix it and get on with the show. If the song you want to sing is not in our library or the version we have available isn’t the best one out there, we will try purchase a licensed copy of that selection if it is available. Your host cannot “burn a copy from You Tube” or download karaoke from the internet that is not licensed for public performance (I.e., Yoke, Smule, Sing King Kara-fun).
6. Our shows include the use of stage lighting and theatrical fog which may have an adverse effect on persons with photosensitivity, and/or respiratory issues. While our KJs are happy to pause these effects during your individual on-stage performance, attendees that are photosensitive should use discretion when attendee our shows and may want to consider one of our "Sensory Friendly" events instead.
