Explore and enjoy a weekend of bliss in the water by learning the magical art of Watsu®! Basic Watsu is a wonderful introduction to learning Watsu and aquatic bodywork. Students will experience the stillness that is the ground of presence, and incorporate the way the heart and breath connection can be maintained throughout a Watsu. A simple sequence of Watsu moves is taught that you can share with your loved ones.

Hello beautiful beings!

Might it be time to melt in the warmth of the water, listen to your heart, and be moved in ways impossible on land? I am so happy and pleased to say I will be offering Fluid Presence ™ sessions in a private pool in Greenbrae as well as in Sebastopol this summer.
Fluid Presence ™ is an integral somatic and spiritual approach to WaterDance®, Watsu®, Biodynamic Cranial Touch, and beyond. Exploring the grace of presence through the fluidity of the water, characterized by a constant attention to the client’s breath, with a gentle, loving, supportive and intuitive touch, Fluid Presence invites you to dive deeply into the direct experience of your essential nature.

Here are the times / days I have available in the next month in Marin. For sessions in Sebastopol please inquire about days / times. Let me know when what day / time will work best for you and I will do my best to fit you into that time slot. ;-)

Saturday June 21st:
1:30 pm, 3:00 pm, & 4:30 pm
Sunday June 22nd:
1:00 pm, 2:30 pm, 4:00 pm, & 5:30 pm
Saturday July 5th:
2:00 pm, 3:30 pm, & 5:00 pm
Sunday July 6th:
5:30 pm

Sessions are $150. Bring a bathing suit, towel, and a willingness to receive the magic of the water.

Hello beautiful water beings,

Los Angeles is finally calling me back. Its time to melt in the warmth of the water, listen to your heart, and be moved in ways impossible on land. I am so happy and pleased to say I have scheduled my long awaited journey back down there. I will be offering Watsu and Waterdance sessions in a private pool in the West LA / Culver City area March 6th - 8th.

The times I have available are:
2:30 pm, 4:00, & 5:30 pm each day. (Wed - Fri)

Might it be time to nurture yourself in this deep and profound way? If the water calls you, let me know what time and day work for you. Since I have limited times available, scheduling your session sooner than later might be wise. ;-) Please note that since I am in LA for such a short time I ask that you be mindful if needing to cancel and give me at least 48 hours before your session. Otherwise full fee will be charged. Thank you. Sessions are $150. Plan on being there an hour & 1/2. Bring a bathing suit, towel, and a willingness to receive the magic of the water.
