A month since the competition ended but now I’ve got use to this new life style. What have I become???

Holy cow guys !!! I did it !!! I won!!!

What started as a challenge became something so much bigger.

Over the last 12 weeks, we watched people choose themselves again. Early mornings. Sore bodies. Better habits. More confidence. More life.

Over 400 pounds lost.
20.3 pounds of muscle gained.
184.7 total body fat percentage points lost.

But the real transformation can’t be measured on an InBody scan.
It was the discipline built, the consistency earned, and the belief people found in themselves again.

To every single person who showed up, struggled, stayed committed, restarted when things got hard, and finished strong — we are unbelievably proud of you.
