Thick rice noodles mixed with chicken curry and it tastes spicy, tangy, and satisfying.

Union Day is celebrated on February 12 every year in Myanmar.

It remembers the signing of the Panglong Agreement in 1947, led by Aung San and ethnic leaders.

This agreement united different ethnic groups to form one country.

Union Day represents unity, equality, and cooperation among all people in Myanmar. 🇲🇲
