If the tattoo studio you’re going to DOES NOT check for ID, DOES NOT make you fill out a Consent Form, or even DOES NOT give you written aftercare for your procedure…they are in VIOLATION of the law. The legal age for Tattoos is 18!!! Not 17 or 16 and NO, not even with parent consent!!!! It is illegal to tattoo minors in Texas!!!

A minor can only get tattooed at a studio IF they bring a court order from a judge allowing me to do so in order to COVER UP any gang or drug related tattoos AND I have to take photographic evidence of Before and After and keep it on file for 2 years.

Any shops out here in San Angelo tattooing on minors are BREAKING THE LAW…and I will gladly expose you.

Luckily the young lady here isn’t a minor. However, she did have a bad experience at a local studio here in San Angelo. NO TWO TATTOOERS ARE CREATED EQUALLY! Research the Tattooer you’re interested in BEFORE trusting them with your skin!!!! She’s lucky all she got was a bad tattoo. I’d go get tested for any FREE germs you may have gotten with that.
