As you sit around and celebrate today with your friends and family, I want you to not forget the reason you are able to do so. Freedom does not come without a cost. As you watch the video of my drawing, you will see that I chose a red poppy. I chose this flower because it is a symbol of a fallen soldier these plants can live through the roughest terrain and can survive in the roughest weather. It is also a reminder to us of what our soldiers have to go through just to be able to make it back home to us. So the next time you see a red poppy just know there may be a soldier on the other side. Feel free to like, share and comment and as always, much love.
