Let's talk about the critical issues of nurse su***de, how to break stigmas surrounding mental health, and our shared responsibility to recognize when colleagues may be in crisis.

Through a personal account of losing a friend and emergency department colleague to su***de, Jason Carter will highlight the impact of that loss while providing practical strategies to foster awareness, encourage meaningful conversations, and build a culture where seeking help is viewed as a sign of strength rather than weakness.
