Sterling Shane Allen

Sterling is the director for Mandela Mentality Method at the Great Salt Lake Fringe Festival. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Musical Theatre from Weber State University. He most recently directed A Call to Serve: Confessions of a Mormon Hitman (Best of FFF award) as well as Assistant Director of Bang Bang Youā€™re Dead (Best of FF, Outstanding Ensemble, Outstanding Student Production awards) for The Great Salt Lake Fringe Festival. He is currently the Co-Founder of Decaf Acting Company.

Jack Gardner - He/Father/Him

Jack is a recent BFA graduate from the University of Utahā€™s Actor Training Program. He is ecstatic to be portraying Paris! Romeo and Juliet, as well as ā€œMandela Mentality Methodā€ are Jackā€™s first productions with Seen and Heard Productions, and he couldnā€™t be more grateful to be welcomed into such an accepting and collaborative company. On top of acting, Jack is also a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor with The Exercise Coach and F45. Ellie Otis - She/Mother/Her

Ellie is a recent graduate from the University of Utah and just finished assistant directing for Head Over Heels at the Grand Theatre. She loves acting and directing, and is thrilled to be working on such a creative and thought-provoking script with a group of talented and fun actors. She can't wait to show the work put in by this amazing cast and crew to the Fringe audiences, and is grateful for the opportunity to be doing what she loves!

Miche' Smith- Dr. Sage

Micheā€™ Smith is a dancer, actor and choreographer from Gautier,MS. A graduate of Troy University, Micheā€™ completed both a B.S. in Theatre and a B.F.A in Dance. Upon graduation, she accepted a position as acting apprentice at Aurora Theatre in Atlanta. She is currently in Salt Lake City for her second season with Ririe-Woodbury Dance Company. Her creative work has recently appeared at Atlanta Film Festival, Bronze Lens Film festival, MAD film festival, Kenny Leonā€™s True Colors Theatre, LoveDanceMore, SLPublicLibrary, Noori Dance film festival and Plan-B theatre. Miche' aims to create an evocative, interdisciplinary body of
work that encourages us to expose our humanity, examine our wounds,
and deeply connect with one another empathetically.

Veronica is thrilled to be back after a two year hiatus from the stage, and making her debut with Seen and Heard Productions in ā€˜Mandela Mentality Methodā€™. Former favorite roles include the Witch in ā€˜Into The Woodsā€™ and Rosa Budd in ā€˜The Mystery of Edwin Droodā€™. This one goes out to Will and Piggy, my forever geese.
