No no, precious, that wasn’t something to argue. Breathe in. Breathe out. Things with great aesthetic value may be limited, but the sublime is limitless. Let your minds be in the presence of the sublime, forever reaching and stretching to imagine what it cannot. Feel pain in the failure but pleasure in contemplating the incomprehensible immensity of the attempt. Breathe in. Breathe out.

For the past several years, Kallisti Theatre Company has run a group called The Mad Badgers Dramatic Society—a collective of actors, playwrights, theatre patrons, and fun people who gather to read plays. One of the aims of this group is to read new plays from local playwrights, so if you are a playwright or know of one who needs their work read aloud with some cool cats, shoot us a message! "A rumor is a social cancer, rotting away at the cellular structure of the masses. We’re all to blame; we all love a juicy bit of defamation. We take big bites of it and keep it, like an ape might, in the corners of our jaw, to be first mouthed and then swallowed. That’s what causes the infection. It takes a brave soul to question the validity of something, particularly something that is partially based in truth (though there is no truth here; but that hardly matters)."
