Today my best little friend turns 2 years old. Watching her grow into herself has been such an honor. I can't believe my little baby is already a little lady. I'm so proud of her in every way. Here's to a day filled with loved ones, sweet treats, and dinosaur balloons 🎈

Here is a sneak peak of the ⚜ Pole Con 2021 performance I did back in August in New Orleans. This performance was done the night before Hurricane Ida hit landfall. I had spent the day trying (unsuccessfully) to leave the city. I remember the weather was calm and warm on this night, and shortly after getting off stage I walked the streets to find any stores still open to buy supplies like flashlights and batteries. I learned a lot on this weekend, about hurricanes and human behavior. These lessons I will carry with me.

Excited to announce I will be participating in this year's International Pole Convention. I will be teaching a workshop - Dramatic Static, a deep dive into static rotation & fluidity. I will also be giving a 30 minute seminar called Keep Calm & Comp Prep, how to cultivate a healthy competitive mindset amongst competition chaos. And I will be performing in the Contemporary/ Artistic Showcase. Registration for my workshop opens July 1st.
