I know at first glance you might not be able to see the difference. Swipe to see how the bed looked before. One of the reasons I love just add some🦵 . Is because it create height and makes the space feel bigger!

One thing I was reminded of this last week was even as I get older. We all still have lessons to learned. Some good and some bad!

But what we do with that lesson learned is most important! Whether that’s a DIY 😉, a new skill, or even a life lesson. It’s so important to be a forever learner. What is something you have learned this year? (It can totally be as simple or as detailed as you want it to be?!

And just like 🪄 magic 🪄 all of the paint is off! I stumbled upon a YouTube this week where people were reviewing tools! Lol 😂 this one came up and it hit me. I could do this without dangerous chemicals and minimal clean up! I was sold. I’m not joke when I say I love this heat gun! Now I’m going to find another DIY I can use it on!

Do you ever feel like after doing a bunch of projects and spending all this time on your home. That at some point you start to go oh this feels right! today was the first day that I really felt like my home has started to come together and I really honed in on my personal style!

$2 for lamp shade and a can of paint! Couldn’t be an easier diy lamp shade. Lol

Happy Mother’s Day to all the mothers in my life. As I think about mother’s day I am so grateful for my mom leading the way! To be honest the best DIY I’ve ever done was and is my kid. Thank you to all the mothers who have supported me along the way.

And happy Mother’s Day to all mothers! Know your loved!

Full transparency here! This week has been so hard. From IG woes to motherhood. To not feeling good about myself. While I know I’m my heart it will all be okay. Sometimes it’s okay that it’s not.

I am entering into the weekend hoping for a better day. It may come it may not. But I am learning to be happy with the small things. Not just the big things.

So take my advice that I haven’t learned whole heartedly yet. “Everything will work out, you are doing a really great job!”

Simple as that! 5 cuts, 8 screws, 1 piece of wood, and glue. Is honestly could be done in a day. Such a good last minute DIY. For the mother in your life. (In my case I made this more me. Lol )

IKEA KURA BED HACK

Adding paint, dowels, and stain. Simple as that! Many times I finish a project and want to change everything. Especially after I finished this project. I can honestly say this is the first project I’ve finished that I don’t wanna change a thing!

Last thanksgiving time I was featured in my states news magazine! They spoke about how what we learn makes us who we are. “Traditions becoming trends!”

I am so honored to speak about how I’ve become with the help of creative people around me showing me that sky’s the limit! I’ve had a lot of battles in my way from a small child. But I never let someone tell me no!

As continue to grow I want you to know! That your dreams, passion, and goals are achievable! Never stop and don’t let your dreams become dreams. JUST DO IT! - Shia LaBoeuf

Just like that we have some yummy bread ready for sandwiches, toast, whatever your heart desires!

My fave part about Recipe is that it’s sugar free and dairy free! I kid you not it’s just as good if not better!

Having been lactose for most of my life this has been an amazing discovery! Did you know you could bake bread with out sugar and milk?!
