The Bonneville Salt Flats are not quiet, they’re alive and they are listening.
We came here together.
Laid on the earth. Breathed. Let the sound move through us. And something shifted, shoulders softened, hearts opened, strangers felt familiar.
Salt has a way of pulling heaviness out of the body.
Sound has a way of reminding the nervous system it’s safe again.
Out here, with nothing but sky and earth around us, you feel both.

Each tone carried so much more, it carried shared stories, shared release, shared presence. And what remained was lightness. Connection. Humanity. This is why I do this work. Because healing isn’t solitary, it’s something we remember together.

Salt clears. Sound restores. We hold each other in the process.
