- Do NOT soak your cup. Do NOT leave your cup in high heat. Cups are NOT dishwasher safe. Do NOT put in a microwave.
- Although I try to get every cup perfect like a factory, all cups are handmade and can have slight imperfections.

- If you see a cup I've made that you really like,
it can be repeatable. May be slightly different in some ways because they are all handmade, but for the most part it will look the same.
- **All orders must be paid for before they are made!** please understand my time and materials are not cheap.***
- please do not ghost me after placing an order.
- Tumblers hold HOT and COLD liquids. Cold for 24+ hours and hot for 8 hours!
- I do not allow customers to supply their own tumblers. I supply all tumblers for my business so they are down to the base level of where I need them to be to design.
- If I feel I cannot make what you are asking for, I will be honest and tell you I cannot do it.
- I am not responsible for replacing a lid of yours is to break.
- Non glitter cups may end up having a piece or two of glitter on them since they’re all made in the same area. I can not control this, nor will I return a cup for that reason.
- Epoxy can yellow over time, I cant do anything to fix or change that. [White cups especially]
I have been extremely lenient on a 50% deposit for custom tumblers. With that being said, you are expected to pay the remaining balance once this tumbler is finished. -- I have used my time and money to finish the tumbler. I can't afford to wait months for the rest of the payment. thank you for understanding.
- I would like pick ups to be done by person who placed the order unless we worked something else out.
- I do do porch pickups.
- These are all handmade, I try to get them PERFECT, but they are not made in a factory. Please be patient and kind.
- Cups take a long time and a lot of work.. I do work a full time job, so the turn around time is a bit lengthy. But every cup is made and handled with care 🥰
- when your tumbler is finished, please don't let it sit with me for weeks on end. My space is limited. I try my hardest to get them done Ina timely manner please try your hardest to pick them up in a timely manner as well. REFUNDS:
I have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. I am NOT responsible if you drop your cup! I will know if it's been dropped! I will only refund if it's a mistake on my end. Please when sending over names, dates, etc you are spell checking. If you would receive your tumbler damaged please contact me. non-returnable items

I make sure each tumbler is at its BEST quality before leaving. If YOU damage your cup, it is not my responsibility but will try to work something out if it is fixable. If it is not fixable, it is STILL not my responsibility. TUMBLER BASE PRICING:
