We are looking for someone to work part-time and/or flexible hours to help with business and administrative tasks at The Heritage Room and Escape Central/Karaoke Central

Starting Pay: $15/hour

Required Tasks for The Heritage Room:
-Taking Business Calls for Rentals of The Heritage Room for Private Events, Weddings, Fundraisers, etc.
-Setting up appointments for viewing of The Heritage Room with clients and filling out rental contracts with clients
-Handling business transactions for rental of The Heritage Room
-Responsible for cleaning and setup of The Heritage Room prior to and after scheduled events
-Managing social media account for The Heritage Room

Required Tasks for Escape Central/Karaoke Central:
-Taking business calls for Escape Room and Karaoke Room appointments
-Resetting Escape Rooms/Karaoke Rooms before scheduled appointments
-Taking payment for Escape Room/Karaoke Room groups and introducing groups to rules for Escape Rooms/Karaoke Room
-Managing social media accounts for Escape Central/Karaoke Central

*Any other tasks that are deemed necessary will also be asked of you and must be completed

QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

-Must be a hardworking person with an out-going personality
-Must have great customer service skills
-Must be able to have a flexible schedule, able to work weekends
-Maintain a cooperative working relationship with co-workers
-Must be able to speak and write in English; bilingual skills are highly preferred but not necessary
