“Climb”
Based on the Japanese myth of a carp becoming a dragon after climbing a waterfall, this piece is about leaving your comfort zone to persevere through hardships to accomplish a dream.

My entry for the 2023 Animayo Poster Contest. Created with Procreate and added text with Adobe Illustrator.

We needed to create a vertical and horizontal versions. I was having trouble choosing between 4 different hair and suit color combinations. However, there was a five entry limit per person so I ended up entering all 4 combinations.

Let me know in which one you think is best. I ended up really liking the “Dreamy Hair” and white suit combo as you can see in my animated version of this.

I also added a video of the horizontal version. If you have wallpaper Engine you can get it as a wallpaper!
