2X4 BASH provides an opportunity for the next generation of theatre artists to collaborate, innovate and educate through provocative contemporary works. Some production photos from Shakespeare’s political war play King John… open now thru the Ides of March 🖤⚔️♟️

King John challenges the sanctity of political order, exposes the hypocrisy of those in power, and questions who makes the laws (and when and why they are enforced). In today’s hostile political climate, this play gives us an opportunity to ask: what happens when bribes and bargains, allegiance with capital, and the mere whims of power shape the lives and deaths of common people?
