Sunset Billiards first Sunday 10-Ball tournament in now in the books. What a great turnout. Everybody commented on how they had a good time. We voted on several things and the official start time will continue to be 6 PM sharp. We also voted on keeping the entry fee at $11.00 with $1.00 going to the Break & Run Pot. Our first contestant, (Jeff Pierce) did not make anything on the break, so the pot goes up next week. Congratulations to Dennis Hatt, Jerry Reynolds, Gary Cutbirth and Brandon Jefferys for our top 4 places. Hope to see more of you next week.

Before play begins, we’ll kick things off with a quick players’ meeting to discuss how this weekly event should run: Topics will include:
• Entry fee
• Race length on both sides
• Sunday start time
• Any other suggestions from the players
Come out, shoot some pool, and help shape this new weekly event!

Only $5.00 per Lady each week
Play on Thursday Nights
We use the 17 point system
Match scores are turned in to Fargo – Great way to git your Fargo Rating used by pool players all over the word.
Where Players come to Win and Winners come to Play
All skill levels are needed from the beginner to the more practiced player
It is time to get the Women of Salina, and surrounding area their own League again

Sunday August 30th, first of the weekly 10-Ball tournaments at Sunset Billiards. This first one will start at 6PM. Entry Fee $11.00 with $1.00 going towards a Break & Run Pot. We will have a meeting on this first one to see what the players will want for future tournaments. Things like start time, entry fee, and anything else needed or wanted.

Sunset Billiards has a busy couple of months ahead, and we want everyone to be ready. Our brand new Women’s 8 Ball League kicks off on September 3rd. The North Central Kansas Pool League starts the new Fall Session, with Tuesday Night 9 Ball starting September 1st and Friday Night 8 Ball beginning September 4th.
We’re also launching a new Sunday 10 Ball Tournament, starting August 30th.
We also have Randy Goettlicher doing his famous Pool School on August 29th and 30th.. This is a closed event with a tuition of $550.00. This is not a seminar, it is a real “hand-on” training session. If you really want your game to be better, don’t miss this opportunity.
