I keep seeing Lions. Like everywhere I look. Lions in dreams, pictures, internet, shirts, bumper stickers. So, I decided to paint a few. Here is my most recent. 24"x 30". Acrylic on canvas.

"Rainbow warrior"

A native American warrior, who looks like an angelic figure walking towards destiny. He has a native American medicine wheel (sphere) suspended from his left hand and the world suspended from his right. Kind of like the wounded warrior who finally found his power again. He is walking out of darkness in the city along a river or street of gold that is spilling over the darkness.

     Painted Medicine is a philosophy of simplicity that came to me through a number of amazing         events, tragedies, friends, guides and a ride called life.
