I am very sorry to say that Faery Face Art will not be attending Shrewsbury this weekend. We have 2 artists down, plus the forecast is calling for rain which directly impacts Facepainting and henna.
The faire is still a great time even in the rain! The faire will still be there, and lots of performers want to see you and play faire with you. If you are going, please do not cancel your plans due to weather: make appropriate plans to deal with the rain and go have a great time supporting the great vendors and performers.
We will take some down time to rest and recover so that next year we can be back to be part of the experience. ❤️

That’s a wrap on the 2026 Oregon State Fair! We made it through the rain and painted some really fantastic things. I’m so proud of my team and thankful to our wonderful community.

Its been the coldest and wettest fair I can remember. The dry days have been excellent. Last day is tomorrow!

The face painting world lost an incredible artist this week. I am sad that I never got to take her classes or be painted by her but I was very inspired by her work.

Pam will be so very missed. 💔
