Here is a splash page I illustrated for Chad Ellis Boykin’s soon to be released “Kaiju Haiku”. His poems are wonderful, full of pathos, humor, and linking kaiju stories with Japan’s singular experience with nuclear weapons and nuclear power accidents. Chad wrote the poems and I did the illustration, lettering, and book design. I’m excited for this to be out for people to read!
