While their humans were able to enjoy the pool all summer, its finally their turn.

Join us on Sunday, August 30th, from 11:00am-1:00pm at the Forest River pool for a doggy swim. This event is sponsored by City of Salem Park and Recreation, Salem S.P.A.C.E. and the Northshore YMCA. All Salem Dog park rules still apply including the following:

1. Dogs entering the pool must be at least six months of age.
2. Dogs must be accompanied by a guardian at least 18 years of age; Children under the age of 10 are not eligible to enter into the space.
4. Dogs must display a municipal dog license and current vaccination tag;
5. Dogs may be leash free once within the confines to the park's second gate;
6. Guardians must have voice control over their dogs at all times;
7. Guardians must immediately clean and properly dispose of waste;
8. Guardians must remain hands free for supervision and safety;
9. All dogs must be either spayed or neutered;

Join us this fall for Motors and Circuits.

In this 4 week class, we will build and test several types of motors and circuits. Using battery packs we will build a robot that makes art, a motorized car or boat and a circuit board with lights.
