Staff Setup Spotlight: Joe

If the previous setups were about restraint, this one is not.

As our manager and head piercer, Joe has spent years helping clients build curated collections. His own setup is what happens when that philosophy is taken to its logical extreme.

Gold rings stacked through his lobes and coin slot.
Hammered disks in both conches.
Diamonds throughout the nostrils and septum.
Chains wrapping each nostril.
A dagger large enough to have its own zip code.

We stopped counting years ago, but our estimate is somewhere north of 100 pieces of jewelry.

Built around what was already there.

A tiny gold moon added beside an existing nostril ring—turning a single piercing into a balanced pair.

Simple additions tend to age the best.

A finishing piece.

Daith fitted with a branch-style ring set with bright stones—tying into the rest of the ear’s layered multigem details.

Everything speaking the same language.

Staff Setup Spotlight: Patrick

You may recognize Patrick's work even if you don't recognize Patrick—he's the photographer behind many of our jewelry and staff photos.

Patrick's setup is proof that small pieces can still make a statement.

A collection of clean, minimal jewelry with a few unexpected details—a gold dagger and a conch ring finished with hanging gold bars that add just the right amount of movement.

Nothing oversized. Nothing competing for attention.

Just a lot of thoughtful choices working together.

Staff Setup Spotlight: Elliot

You may also recognize Elliot as our apprentice, steadily building both a jewelry collection and a skill set.

Elliot's collection takes a different approach.

A more understated ear setup paired with a carefully curated nose arrangement proves you don't need dozens of pieces to make an impact.

Every piece has a purpose. Every placement has room to breathe.

A reminder that a great collection isn't about how much jewelry you wear—it's about wearing the right jewelry.

Not quite a ring.

Gold bar fitted with a delicate chain that wraps the nostril and reconnects inside the post—creating the illusion of a hoop with something lighter in motion.

Unexpected from every angle.

Staff Setup Spotlight: Mariah

As our first counter person, Mariah has been part of the shop's story since the very beginning.

If you've spent any time in the studio, you've probably seen Mariah's collection evolve over the years.

Black metal. Silver tones. Spikes, stars, and dangling crosses.

A setup that doesn't try to match trends—it matches the person wearing it.

One of our favorite things about jewelry is that no two collections end up looking the same. This one is unmistakably Mariah.

What detail are you noticing first?
