~Therapeutic Hatha Yoga~
Tuesdays 5pm-6pm
October 31st-November 28th (No Class November 7th or 14th, video recording will be available).
Therapeutic Hatha is a level 1/beginning level class perfect for those looking for a light workout that incorporates physical therapy exercises and conditioning, while building towards a peak asana.

Classes can be taken in person or online through zoom live stream, or video recordings.
