It’s with both joy and gratitude that we share the news of a bittersweet goodbye to Nicole Heena as she takes on an exciting new role as Executive Director at the Andover/North Andover YMCA! 🥳🎉

Nicole has been a part of our YMCA Theatre Community for 10+ years in a variety of roles and in that time directed countless shows, led camps and classes, and helped build a creative community where young performers could shine. Her passion, heart, and leadership have left a lasting mark on every student, family, and staff member lucky enough to work with her.

While we’ll miss her greatly here at the Salem Y and the YMCA of the North Shore, we’re so proud of her next chapter and know she’ll bring the same magic and heart to her new role. 💫

Please join us in thanking Nicole for everything, and in wishing her all the best on this exciting new journey! 💐
