I'm so proud to announce we are the new craftsmen behind the Mazama brand at . We have been busy formulating clay and glazes to bring new life to the Mazama line. We settled on a deep brown claybody and 3 new glazes. They're dramatic and cozy with slight differences between each piece. I'm not sure I could pick between the three as they all compliment each other so well. My typical work is bright and whimsical but I've always been drawn to a more earthy industrial style of work. It's a privilege to be able to create a new line and explore pottery in a new way.

Hi everyone, I know that things are scary. Creating has been difficult, and I'm feeling a real need for community right now. Maybe you are, too?

I have two really fun workshops coming up, Handbuilding Flowers, and Kissing Planters.

Handbuilding Flowers is a great intro to handbuilding. Press, stretch, and roll delicate flowers to create a floral arrangement.

Kissing Planters is a silly class where you learn real pottery skills. I provide a wheel thrown and trimmed pot and you and a partner handbuild Kissing faces onto it. It takes a cooperative effort to build your faces to smooch. It's honestly a hilarious class that is full of laughter. After I fire and glaze your pot, you can pick out a fun "hair" style plant to pot in it.

Tumblers ooh ohh tumblers✨ these are a fairly new addition and I’m all about them. I need to make myself one so I can take it to a coffee shop. They’ll be like “oh wow this is really cool” and then I’ll be like “thanks I make them.” 🤯 then they’ll get they’re manager and they’ll buy all of them. ✨hahaha ok maybe it won’t happen just like that, a girl can dream 😁 but maybe you’d like one? ✨
If so I’ll have them at my last Saturday Market of the year, this Saturday October 22nd. If they stick around I might have them available on my web drop, November 5th at 10am PST. We’ll just have to see what happens 🙌✨

All set up and ready for a great market ✨ summer has come and gone as we welcome the fall our markets are nearing an end. We’ll be at the Salem Saturday Market through October but after that we’ll be prepping for the holidays.
