Escape rooms are the ultimate team game. A small group of individuals willingly locked inside a room with one common goal – to get out before the clock hits zero. The timer starts once the door shuts. Collaboration is crucial; the countdown, unyielding. So bring your own pre-made team of code-crackers or make friends fast – you’ll have to act quickly and cooperatively if you hope to make it out in time.

We enjoyed designing this room, utilizing authentic and real furniture pieces and decor left by the old restaurant where now operates.

We’re coming up on 5 YEARS here below the floors of the and and 9 years total! We can’t believe how fast time flies when you’re having fun and being a little weird!

We’ve endured a pandemic, inflation, another election season, and even a mini-flood! We’re so grateful for our Salem community for supporting us through the years and are excited to press forward to create new and engaging experiences for you!

2025 will finally bring our 4th escape room to Salem and maybe a fairwell to a classic later in the year 👀

🐦‍⬛ As the season turns from sunshine to gloom, Exitus is here with a spooky room!

Poe’s Legacy has been a staple here at Exitus almost since Day 1. It remains a fan favorite and a great starter room for anyone beginning their escape room journey as they learn the tricks of the games we love to play!

We are incredibly proud to be part of the Salem community and look forward to many more years of entertaining with challenging puzzles and games!

One exciting bit of news… Our design team, having taken some time away, are excited to be bringing our local team back together to design a new room for Salem! We hope to share more news with you all as we enter fall, sharing behind the scenes ideas, design processes, while culminating into launching this winter!
