It’s been a crazy couple of days - some communication errors (not as big a slab as we intended on, but we will add on down the road) - the rain itself - has been a pain - but that didn’t stop some amazing people from getting this project underway.

A little less than 2 weeks & it’s opening night!

After almost 2 years of planning, fundraising, and receiving very generous donations from everyone, we are very excited to announce that the skate park will be up and running, mid/late July 2023.

This past week we got confirmation that a very generous business owner from the area will be donating a cement slab for the park. This allows us to take the money y’all have generously donated or helped us with through fundraising, and purchases ramps!!

I’ll be posting an update with what ramps that have been purchased so everyone can get an idea of what it’ll look like.

We will also be posting a “work be” date soon, so any and all that would like to help assemble ramps and set up the park, can.

Thank you all so much for the continued support and we look forward to seeing y’all shred this summer.
