Why are we doing a play in a church hall? Because that's where it happened.

The play is set in the basement banquet hall of the church grew up in. So we're not building a set. We're using the real thing.

Thank you to First United Methodist Church of Pinellas Park for opening up your fellowship hall. You'll sit in the same kind of room where this story takes place, a few feet from the stage.

35 seats a night. That's it.

Nov 12–22 · Tickets from $30, second seat free during Pinellas County Theatre Week. Link in bio.

"It's a show, but more like a party." —

Iraisa grew up in New Jersey, in a church where the whole community gathered every January for La Fiesta de Los Reyes Magos. Now she teaches dramatic writing at NYU, and she's turned that night into a 90-minute solo show that played Off-Broadway.

Instead of sitting and watching, you're a guest at the fiesta. Come meet her.
