Effective September 8, 2022, the gallery will be open Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays from noon - 6pm, and every second Saturday of the month we stay o
pen until 9pm for Art Walk. For an appointment to visit outside of regular gallery hours, please email us at [email protected] or call us at 727-318-3223. Featured Artists:
Carrie Jadus: Hailing from many generations of artists, Carrie Jadus is an accomplished painter. Inspired heavily by Impressionist painting, Jadus seeks to tell a unique story to each viewer through her work. Mark Aeling: Mark received his M.F.A. in sculpture from Washington University in St. Louis, MO in 1993. When he's not creating impressive large-scale sculpture at MGA next door, the master sculptor is creating amazing work for our gallery.

“Conservators at the Guggenheim Museum in New York have uncovered a small dog hidden beneath the surface of a Pablo Picasso painting.
The image of a charming lapdog wearing a red bow was revealed by museum experts during a technical analysis of the Spanish artist’s painting “Le Moulin de la Galette” ahead of an exhibition of his early works.” - Source, CNN
Our own Steph Gimson likes to hide creatures in her works too, but you don't need high-powered forensics equipment to find them--just an eye for detail. Can you spot the creatures peeking from beneath the paint in Gimson's "World of Make Believe"? On view now at Soft Water Gallery.

This entire flight of copper butterflies by MGA Sculpture Studio went to a new home this week, so of course I had to do a new installation! The new flutter is swarming Steph Gimson's "Reflective Moments," and I think it's a pretty good combination!
These butterflies, an extension of Mark Aeling's "Butterfly Kiss" are part of a limited run and are now mostly gone, so if you've had your eye on one or twenty-one, grab them soon before they all fly away!
