Great Day Live CBS channel 10 Tampa! Glad to have the opportunity to show my sculptures...especially "Freedom", or better known as "Flying Lady." In my mind, I feel like I can fly. God brings us freedom, free from sin, resentment, bitterness and insecurity! I can have freedom and peace, even when circumstances aren't perfect. Freedom is in our minds. I fly like an eagle because I can! And so can you!

This is the sculpture that was just highlighted on Fox 4 news in Naples. I just wanted to take a moment to share the inspiration of this piece. This sculpture shows the water surge lines of the Hurricanes that we have endured. I began the sculpture before hurricane Helene. After Hurricane Helene & Milton, I was happy to see that my sculpture was still in my studio and had not been destroyed by the hurricanes! Then I finished my sculpture by adding hurricanes Helene and Milton. At the top of the mountain, part of Psalm 27 is inscribed, "he will hide me in the shelter of his sacred tabernacle and set me high upon a rock." At the top of the mountain is a figure sitting with his hands facing up, peaceful, surrendered and reveling in God's safety, high upon the Rock. I hope everyone can experience this peace, rising above challenging circumstances, whether health challenges, hardship or calamity. Life is hard, but we have peace in God's love, protection and sovereignty.
Many are still recovering from these hurricanes. Compassion in action is needed. Everyday, any day. Love is the answer!
