Happy National rat day! I talked with these ears this morning and I will have them on this afternoon for the live stream of the art show RATical, The Art Show on the page. This is a fundraiser for a 501c3 animal rescue. It is the third event that we have done for them. This one is titled Ratical 3: come see me. Free to enter with a request that artist who sell pieces from the show donate 20% to Florida rat Rescuers Network. Sales are direct artists. Due to Art loft restrictions and construction, the show will be held on the hallway wall for B. Stark art studio. We will be doing an online event for National rat day April 4th and the show will be up for the second Saturday Art Walk as a reception for Studio number 208.

The goal of this show is to deflect stigma against pet rats, who are actually very loving, intelligent, and bond to both their owners and to each other.

Florida Rescuers network is a 501c3 that works to educate people on owning domestic pet rats, aids with emergency medical situations, and helps to find loving homes for pet rats in need of rehoming.

An article is scheduled to run in the Northeast journal for the March April edition.

Participants must be able to drop off and pick up work. For flexibility, participants May schedule for art drop off. Art must be ready to hang and have a title card with the title, artist name, price, and sale information. Artists must pick up their works within one month of the show's conclusion. All unclaimed work after May 1st will be considered a donation to FRRN.

Creativity is encouraged, positivity towards our little rodent friends, and artists of all levels are welcome to submit.
