Tuesday 5/19 we welcome back saxophonist Fernando Cruz for a very special performance as a quartet, with (guitar) .pedigo (drums) and (bass) This is going to be a great one as the air hasn’t turned red hot yet! We are so proud of Chef Justin! In case you didn’t know, Justin headed to Philadelphia this week to participate in the ‘Taste of America’ series. Provided with 75lbs of Hawaiian Red Snapper, Justin put together a lilikoi ehu musubi- kombu cured red snapper (torched) passionfruit nori mayo, soy pickled serranos, sweet onion, passiflora smoked tobiko, and sushi rice. We appreciate all the hard work he put into this event as well as the food he creates for daily menu. 🙌 Looking forward to what is next on the horizon.

For the Sake Club 2 year anniversary we’re hosting our own sake festival!
Come sample all different types of sake from 6 different vendors. This is a free-roaming style event, come anytime between 6-10pm on March 31st and purchase drink tickets on-site - redeemable for one pour of your choice. Pre-sale tickets (link in bio) come with 5 sake pours and a limited edition Sake Club T-Shirt. Bring your friends and family - there will be plenty of sake to drink and professionals to meet and learn from!
