👏🎉 Join us in congratulating Anna, Water's Edge Event Operations Specialist, on receiving a Commendation Award! 🎉👏

Anna was recognized for her exceptional initiative, leadership, and dedication to improving operations at Water's Edge Banquet Center.

When tasked with enhancing the check-in process for Venue Viewing Timeframes and client appointments, Anna independently researched and evaluated multiple queuing systems, carefully considering functionality, cost, implementation requirements, and overall impact on both staff and guests. Through her organization, attention to detail, and project management skills, she successfully guided the project from research to launch in less than two months.

Her efforts not only streamlined operations and improved the client experience, but also generated significant cost savings for the City through thoughtful evaluation and planning. Anna's work has had a lasting impact on the efficiency of our department, our facility, and the service we provide to our community.
