Pass-A-Grille Sourdough Eccentrics Pass-a-grille Sourdough and So Much More I'm a cottage industry, sourdough micro-baker. In March, 2024, I suffered a life-changing stroke.

Since then, I have been unable to work in my profession. The silver lining is more time to do things I love, like baking sourdough and painting. At a recent event, I brought a loaf of sourdough to share. Before I could cut it, someone offered to buy it. The next week, I posted a picture on a local FB group. I had over 500 reactions and dozens of comments. I was shocked at the response and interest

You all warmed my heart with your kindness. And for those who know my current situation, the hugs and prayers were incredibly uplifting. There were hard laughs and quite a few tears.
