Maranda Wright is a performance artist, producer, and community advocate who was seduced by burlesque after a lifelong love affair with dance. Grounded in decades of training across tap, jazz, and ballet, she brings vintage aesthetics, comedic flair, and magnetic energy to every performance.

Maranda serves as the Older Adult Connection Director at Queermunity MN and facilitates The Q Cabaret, an intergenerational, wellness-centered variety collective. Her production resume includes creating The Forget Me Not Follies, an Alzheimer’s education benefit cabaret, alongside co-producing past shows Capital City Cabaret, Palace Burlesque, and Playful Peacock Cabaret.

As a co-producer of Golden Garters Burlesque R***e and core cast member of QueerCircusMN , Maranda brings her signature blend of playful irreverence and delightful debauchery to stages across the Twin Cities. Everything you SEE can and will be held against you; it’s Maranda Wright!
