Well, there were a couple of less-than-stellar brews and a mishap here or there, but I think I'm back on track with the K**a Citra. The process has gone perfectly so far; all that's left is to crack a bottle in the next week or so.

My first partial mash. I still used a Smashing Pumpkin Ale Extract ingredient kit from Northern Brewer, but we also started with a partial mash of butternut squash and 1lb of 6-Row Rohr Barley.
