*** I also offer shipping and/or delivery (with an extra cost) but you must pay the shipping fees. In rare instances where the betta gets to you already dead (DOA), I will do a replacement but a photo of the dead fish in its original bag UNOPENED must be sent to me within an hour of arrival (will know per tracking number). You will still have to pay for shipping (if out of state), replacement only
applies to the fish(s).
*** If you would like to reserve a specific betta, a non refundable reserving fee will apply($20). If you choose to do the reserving fee or if you choose to pay in full first, and then later decide you don't want the betta anymore, you will not get your money back.
*** If your reserved betta arrive and you do not pick them up within a week, I will not be reliable for them if they die or get sick(rare occasions). You will also not get your reserved money back. If you cannot pick them up within a week I must be notified asap.
*** No refunds or exchange after leaving out the door/receiving them. I will not be reliable if you take them home and they die under your care. If you are not sure on how to care or prep for a betta, feel free to ask(:
