Let the Legacy Continue: Ch.1
The Return of Young Jon Kent SuperBoy
and the retirement of Clark Kent Superman.

So our story begins with actually what's…….
scratch that let's go back a little bit to a story I know very little about but I wanted to touch on the history of it anyways. We will begin with a young Jon Kent being kidnapped by quote unquote Jor El the father of Superman now when “John Kent” was brought back we all thought that it was the same Jon Kent we will find out soon I don't like the way this is starting
So let's take another shot at this.
Let's go back to where I feel things went sideways and recap a little.

The appearance of Mr Oz is revealed to be “Jor' El” Superman's biological father. Talks a big game and eventually takes Jon Kent to; train him? This seemed assanine to me.
As a father I would never let his grandpa just “take him” especially after being AWOL for 30 years.

We begin our story in the 10th dimension.
The singular point in the the Omniverse.
a single point that represents all the possible branches of every possible timeline of all the potential universes. We zoom in on the gray where we start to see it is not gray, but white with black dots. As we get closer the dots show depictions of other versions of the universe.
As we close in on our dot we see two cages.
One lit with red light. The other with dazzling chain link.
We pull in on the dazzling cage. We see a possible familiar character's silhouette. We zoom if to their hands above their head to their bleeding fingers undoing a bolt.
“I think I got it, kid. As soon as I get out of here, I'm going to get help. It might take me a few tries to get there but I promise, I'll bring him back. We'll get you out.”
As the bolt comes undone, another voice booms over the cages with all the authority of the universe.
“What do you think your doing?”
The escaping figure exclaimes “aww nuts!”
As they throws off the top of the cage
“Remember kid. I promised. And I always keep my word.”
As the shadowed figure falls upward out of his prison hurling towards the dot that contain the other dimensions and realities. A purple bowler hat roles around the escaped cage.
Earth Prime- we come upon 2 Supermen putting out a fire and saving civilians together.
These are Clark Kent and his son John Kent.
As they begin to finish the heroic deed, observing the scene below, there is a loud “CRACK” like thunder which was so loud it sounded as though it just tore open space. “Dad! LOOK Ou…” but before Clark can turn his head fully and see what he was being warned of, he is struck by a purple and beige streak; driving into his side and propelling him along towards the ground below.
(CK)Superman, realizing what hit him, engulfs the object. Cradling the missile like object as they barrel into a burnt up car from the recent fire damage.
As the younger Superman (John) rushes to the impact, The older (CK) Superman address the wounded mass in his arms. “Mxyzptlk. Are you Okay? What happened?”
Mxyzptlk (Mxy) replies, almost inperseptable to anyone. Week and soft. “not here. not safe” before he falls unconscious.
“Wait!” (CK) Superman calls out to (John) Superman. Stopping him mid approach.”Fly ahead to the fortress. Do a sweep. We’re going to need some privacy. I've never seen him look like this before.” Jon nods a conformation turns and fly off determined. Mxyzptlk squeezes an eye open. “Are we alone?”
(CK) Superman replies “as alone as we can be in the middle of Metropolis.”
Mxy: “i gotta tell ya Supes. This is going to be hard for ya to hear. But I ain't gonna sugar coat it. So, here goes. that ain't your son.”
“Talk.” Superman (CK) commands.
Mxyzptlk begins. “ Well, I mean it is your son but not your son. Do you recall your dad coming round, back from the dead.? Well, that wasn't really your pops. Not as you know him.
You have to understand that just because a being can be put together atom by atom to be exactly as a creature used to be, it ain't that thing anymore.” Your pops was reconstructed a fraction of a nano second after his death on Krypton. But if the thing you know of as a soul isn't there it ain't really them.”
“Are you trying to tell me Jon is also some kinda reconstruct too?” (CK) Superman begins to interogatete.
“Hey. Hey. Hey.” Mxy comes back in defense.”No I ain't saying or trying say that. Don't get ahead of the story.”
“Go on then” Superman says
“Geez. I ain't got the moxcy to go toe to toe wit chew right now, so please, try and stay calm.
As I was as saying. Do you recall some blue naked guy trying to pick a fight with you?
(CK) SuperMan- “yes? Vaguely. It almost seemed like a dream. I am think his name was Dr Manhattan.?.”
Mxy- “well it wasn't no dream. That guy's been dipping his fingers in all the pots in the multiverse. Hell maybe even in the Omniverse. Your son is your son. Just not your son from this universe.
So there is this one universe where some whackjob gets you to kill your pregnant sweetheart. Well, imagine if you you were bouncing around the multiverse and wanted to mess with the man of steel and his family. Why not pull a child from a womb the moment before death. Let him grow up in hyper gravity while feeding him the memories of this universe’s Jon and send him back a young man to try and get you to retire. Cause that's what he did.
SM- “the other me would have noticed the baby missing.
Mxy- “not if a stand-in was made from her tissue. Never even had to be alive. In grief he, the Superman from Earth 49 never noticed.”
SM- “. So, if this is all true. Where is MY son then?
Mxy - At the center of the 10th dimension. That's why it took me so long to get here. And why I couldn't bring him here with me. Just as you can't get to the 5th dimension on your own, I had to fight, wiggle, wheel, deal, crawl and scratch my way from there to here. I barely made it out of there myself. I couldn't even Stop at home in the 5th dimension, due to me severing 2/5th of myself to get out of that cage. He had us both lock d up there. That many levels of dimensional distortions and folds is difficult for even for yours truly to handle on my best days.”
SM: Why are you here? Telling me all this and trying to help?
Mxy: Listen here boyscout; I dont hate you… well, not every version of you. Sometimes I can come off a pain, but in some realities, so can you. I like being able to check on you and mess with you from time to time. I mean, come on; you, this you is THE source. This version springs forth all the other versions. You have been there through all the crisisies, all the turnovers. And you keep coming out here. But, that emotionally stunted, speedo wearing, Blue atrocity wants you out of the picture. But he can't kill you. Not his you. Your energy fuels this universe. That energy, some call it “HOPE”. Holds every universe that your connected to together. He has even gotten worlds in which you are only myth to begin to dismiss you. Lose their hope in what you strive to teach. And since he can't kill you, he tried to replace you.
(CK)SuperMan: “Then we should get to the fortress and meet up with John… the other… Lets get going.”
Mxy: “ We can’t. There is no way you and I alone will be able to get

I am going to shorten this story to try and get it to DC as soon as possible.
Mxy was only able to escape his prison because he left his Hat. An essence of himself. Essentially cutting off w dimensions of his own. Leaving behind much of his power.
The child in the cage next to Mxy was earth 1 Jon Kent.
The John Kent that has been adulting with the rest of Earth ones House of EL is the survivng son of Clark Kent and Lois Lane from Earth 49 (injustice earth)
After many trials of the The two Supermen make their way to find earth 1 Jon Kent, they discover that the cage he is in must always have an occupant.
Earth 42 Jon wants to take his place. But earth 1 Superman knows that Dr M will try something again.
Dr M appears to confirm these conclusions
Dr M says “this universe cannot survive without Kal El but the worldust experience change to grow. Kal El must step down without the universe losing the Hope that is powered by Kal El of Earth 1’s literal existence.
“I cannot u make the cage but I can make some alternations to it. I can allow you do determine your own biological passage of time. And I can give you the sight to see your world and it's “stories”.
Superman agrees to take his true son’s place.
John Kent earth 49 does not want to be called either Jon or Superman anymore. He decides to take his other grandfathers name Sam to be Sam Kent. And the superhero moniker “Solar’us”
Leaving Conner Kent to take up the metal until Jon is old enough and ready.
Giving an “DC” the opportunity to rebrand Superman.
Many others of the super family decide to take up new monikers less boy girl stuff and things more unique.
NOTES: The Super-Twins consist of Phaelosian twin siblings named Otho and Osul-Ra, who went to Earth and became members of the Superman Family
Power Girl: renamed : Primus
Super Girl: renamed: uses her Kryptonian last name as her new monikers. Zor El
Earth 49: John Kent (Choses Sam Kent from his maternal grandfather s first name) becomes Solarus
Lois retains :keeps Superwoman but rebrands as (Momma El)?)
Jon Kent: Earth prime remains Superboy until he is ready for the mantle.
Superman of China Starts to represent as: Chāorén the word for Superman in Mandarin.
Conner Kent (Kon-El) Becomes: Superman “There Must Always be A Superman.”
This gives Lex Luther pause. As his rival has sacrificed himself for his son leaving the shared child of Lex and Superman (Conner Kent) the next generation of Superman. The wayex had wanted it, but it no longer feels right. Infact, Lex now worries for his only heir.
(This gives Lex a chance to leave the role as villain and for a new generation of villains to arise.)
