Last month we traveled over to Joseph, Oregon to “feel the thunder” at the Chief Joseph days rodeo! Even with the smoky skies, we were able to enjoy the beautiful town of Joseph, make some wonderful memories, and spend some time together at the beautiful Wallowa Lake.
One of the highlights of the week for us was receiving 1st place in the parade! We had so much fun representing St. Paul and bringing rodeo spirit to the streets of Joseph.
We also enjoyed the Queens Lunch and getting to spend time visiting with fellow rodeo queens and princesses. A big thank you to the Chief Joseph Days Queen Ella and Princess Apen for welcoming us and making the week even more special.
We are incredibly grateful to Vix and her family for opening her home and giving our horses and parents a place to stay. Your hospitality meant so much to all of us!
This rodeo was especially meaningful because it was Annika’s last rodeo with us before she headed off to boot camp. We had a little extra fun knowing it was our last rodeo together ! ❤️ We are so proud of Annika and wish her the very best as she starts this next adventure. We know she is going to do amazing things!
Another rodeo, more memories, and another special week as the St. Paul Rodeo Court. We are so thankful for the friendships, hospitality, and experiences that make being part of the rodeo court so special. 🤠
